Nortex Modular Space, founded in 1998, specializes in the manufacturing, sale, lease, rental, installation, repair and renovation of modular and mobile buildings (both permanent and temporary), mobile office trailers, portable classroom buildings, relocatable buildings, and temporary offices as well as medical and special use buildings for both government and private industry.

The Nortex corporate office is located in Lewisville, Texas with additional branch offices in Austin, Houston and Denver.

The Company's corporate office, it's manufacturing facility and one of its four sales offices are all located within the Riverview Industrial Park in Lewsville, Texas, part of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. The corporate office and Lewisville Sales Office are located on a combined five acres of land on which the Company has constructed approximately 5,000 square feet of modular building space for office and administrative purposes. The manufacturing plant is a 27,000 square foot facility and is located on 8 acres of land.

Each branch location in Texas is a full-service operation with a model office and stock of mobile and modular buildings available for immediate delivery. The Austin branch is our newest location with a 1,500 square foot office located in Manor, Texas just outside of Austin. The Houston branch is a 1,500 square foot office located in Houston, Texas near the Intercontinental Airport. The Denver branch is a 1,200 square foot office in a commercial office park located in Golden, Colorado.
